   Prime and set lids

   Apply eyeshadow primer across the lid and brow bone. Set with a nude or light powder so the cranberry shade has a smooth base to grip.

   Tip: Primer is non-negotiable for red-toned shadows—they fade faster without it.

   Warm transition shade

   Blend a warm brown or soft orange into the crease using a fluffy brush. This creates a buffer between the cranberry and your skin tone so the red doesn't look stark.

   Pack cranberry on the lid

   Using a flat shader brush, press a matte cranberry shade onto the center of the lid. Don't blend yet—packing first and blending after preserves the intensity of the color.

   Deepen the outer corner

   Add a deeper burgundy or dark berry shade to the outer V and blend into the crease color. This adds depth and a subtle smokey effect.

   Tip: Use a small pencil brush for precise placement.

   Pat a champagne, rose gold, or cranberry shimmer onto the center of the lid with your finger. This adds dimension and catches the light beautifully.

   Smudge a small amount of the cranberry shade along the lower lash line, concentrating on the outer half. Add mascara and optionally a thin line of brown or black liner along the upper lashes.
