   Prime the lids

   Warm transition shade in the crease

   Using a fluffy blending brush, sweep a matte warm brown or peach shade back and forth through the crease. This creates a soft gradient that gives the rose gold lid shadow something to blend into. Keep the color above the crease line so it's visible when your eyes are open.

   Tip: Build in light layers—you can always add more, but it's hard to remove too much.

   Tip: Wetting your brush or using a setting spray on the brush before picking up shimmer intensifies the metallic effect significantly.

   Deepen the outer corner

   With a smaller brush, apply a deeper warm brown or burgundy shade to the outer V—the area where your upper and lower lash lines meet at the outer corner. Blend inward toward the crease, keeping the deepest color concentrated in the corner. This adds dimension and prevents the look from reading flat.

   Highlight the inner corner and brow bone

   Dab a light champagne or gold shimmer on the inner corner of the eye and just below the brow bone. This opens up the eye and adds a polished, lifted look. Use your ring finger for the inner corner—the warmth of your finger helps the product melt into the skin.

   Tightline the upper waterline with a brown or bronze pencil liner for soft definition. Apply two coats of volumizing mascara, curling lashes first. For extra glam, add a thin wing with brown liner—it keeps the look soft and cohesive rather than introducing a harsh black line.

   Tip: Brown liner keeps the rose gold look warm and romantic. Save black liner for more dramatic looks.
