Terra Moons is a mid range makeup brand from the United States, founded in 2018 by Laura Santiago. It's best known for its Extreme multichrome and chameleon pressed eyeshadows, Space Candy pressed pigments and Handmade, vegan and cruelty-free.
Laura Santiago started Terra Moons in September 2018 with, by her own account, a dream and a basic understanding of chemistry. The Latina-owned, US-based indie makes handmade pressed multichromes, duochromes and chameleon shadows — the extreme colour-shifting finishes that usually carry a specialist price tag — and prices them deliberately low. That accessibility is the brand's stated mission, not a side effect.
The cosmic naming runs through everything: Space Candy pressed pigments, Lunar Lip Liners, the Ophiuchus palette. The formulas are cruelty-free and vegan and made in small batches. Terra Moons has also reached further into mainstream retail than most handmade indies, with an Urban Outfitters exclusive Celestial Eyeshadow Set alongside collaborations with creator Ellie Starr on the Aurora Chasing and Starr Gazing palettes.
