Edge Beauty (stylized EDGE/BEAUTY) is an independent color-cosmetics brand based in Kansas City, Missouri, founded around 2020 by Justin Dupont-Price. Dupont-Price conceived the idea in early 2019 after leaving art school, when makeup became his new creative outlet in place of painting, and spent more than a year developing the line before launch. He built the brand around the identity he never saw represented — makeup for someone who is, in his words, "neither and both at the same time" — positioning it as gender-inclusive, fun and creative rather than strictly feminine or masculine.
Vegan and cruelty-free, Edge Beauty grew a devoted following on TikTok through bold, high-impact color and glossy lip launches. Its Drip Drop Glossy Lip Balms became a signature, and the brand has expanded into expressive eye and cheek products with playful, collection-driven color stories that lean into indie beauty's more experimental, self-expressive side.
