EADEM is a premium makeup brand from the United States, founded in 2020 by Marie Kouadio Amouzame & Alice Lin Glover. It's best known for its Le Chouchou Lip Softening Balm, Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum and Clinical skincare for melanin-rich skin.
EADEM was founded in 2020 by Marie Kouadio Amouzame and Alice Lin Glover, two former Google employees who bonded over their experience growing up with immigrant parents from Côte d'Ivoire and Taiwan and being underserved by mainstream beauty. The brand launched with the Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum — a clinical pigmentation treatment formulated specifically (but not exclusively) for melanin-rich skin — and built one of the most rigorous, science-led indie skincare lines on the market.
In 2024 EADEM crossed into color cosmetics with Le Chouchou — a 3-in-1 exfoliating, softening, and tinted peptide lip balm that broke into Sephora's top 10 lip moisturizers within months and became the brand's gateway product for makeup-focused customers.
