Chantecaille
Luxury“Botanical luxury with a conservation conscience.”

Chantecaille is a luxury makeup brand from the United States, founded in 1997 by Sylvie Chantecaille. It's best known for its Botanical and flower-derived luxury formulas, Future Skin Gel Foundation and Conservation-linked collections (elephants, coral, bees).
Sylvie Chantecaille spent years at Estée Lauder before founding her own house in New York in 1997, and she built it around two ideas the prestige market was not really combining at the time: botanical, flower-derived formulation, and philanthropy written into the product line rather than bolted on. Collections are tied to conservation causes — elephants, coral reefs, bees — with proceeds directed to partner organisations, and the pressed-flower palettes are as ornate as anything in luxury beauty.
The makeup earns its price on formula as much as artistry. Future Skin Gel Foundation is an oil-free gel that reads like skin, Just Skin is its lighter tinted counterpart, and Lip Chic and Faux Cils have long been counter staples. The brand stayed family-operated for roughly 25 years, with Sylvie's husband and children in executive roles, before Beiersdorf acquired it in a deal completed in February 2022 and ran it as a standalone selective brand.

Brand Philosophy
Beauty should give something back — every collection is tied to a conservation cause, and the formulas lead with botanicals rather than treating them as a marketing note.
