Tilt Beauty launched in February 2025, founded by Aerin Glazer at age 21 after her own psoriatic arthritis diagnosis revealed how unusable traditional makeup packaging is for anyone with limited grip, joint pain, or chronic-pain conditions. Tilt is the first beauty brand in history to earn The Arthritis Foundation's Ease of Use® certification — a clinical standard that tests products with chronic-pain patients and certifies packaging that's genuinely easier to grip, open, and apply.

The brand debuted with two refillable products — the $28 Lashscape mascara and a $26 Grip Stick lip treatment in five sheer shades — both engineered with patented ergonomic shapes that prove easy for everyone to use, not just those living with arthritis. Co-developed with industry veteran Steve Levine (formerly Bobbi Brown's Jones Road Beauty), Tilt sells DTC and at Revolve, sitting in a category that genuinely didn't exist before: accessible-design makeup that holds up against prestige formulations. It's the brand that exposes how much the rest of the industry has under-served disabled and chronic-pain consumers.
