PDL Cosmetics is a vegan, cruelty-free lip brand launched in 2021 by Panamanian actress and activist Patricia de León, who developed the line over roughly two years alongside a Los Angeles cosmetic chemist. Built around the tagline "You, Unlimited," the brand frames lipstick as a confidence tool — de León started it after seeing how much a single great lip color could shift how someone carries themselves — and pairs that empowerment message with a tight, well-edited color story.
