Parnell is a mid range makeup brand from South Korea, founded in 2019. It's best known for its Cicamanu Serum Cushion — Korea's No.1 cushion foundation, Cicamanu Skin Fit Foundation and 40-shade cushion range for global skin tones. I've tested its products on camera in 1 video.
Parnell is a South Korean beauty brand founded in Seoul in 2019, built around Cicamanu — a proprietary blend of centella asiatica (cica) and New Zealand manuka honey developed for sensitive, reactive skin. The brand grew out of a personal search for a dermatitis remedy and became one of Korea's most-recommended sensitive-skin labels, spanning both skincare and makeup with sustainably sourced natural ingredients and eco-conscious, recycled packaging.
Parnell's breakout makeup product is the Cicamanu Serum Cushion, crowned Korea's No.1 cushion foundation and expanded to a 40-shade range for global skin tones, alongside the semi-matte Cicamanu Skin Fit Foundation. Every complexion product is formulated to soothe while it covers — free from alcohol, parabens and PEGs — positioning Parnell alongside Tirtir and Clio in the 2025-2026 wave of K-beauty cushions crossing into Western retail.
