Dolce & Gabbana Beauty was established in February 2022 when Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana brought development of the house's fragrance, makeup and skincare in-house, coordinating production with small Italian manufacturers from a Milan base. It marked a shift from licensed beauty to a designer-run operation steeped in the label's Sicilian, baroque aesthetic.
The standout is the Devotion makeup collection, tied to the Devotion fragrance, led by three heroes: the Devotion Extreme Volume Mascara, a Face Illuminator, and the Liquid Mousse Lipstick in nine soft-matte shades headed by 405 Devozione, the house's "perfect red." Formulated with vegan ingredients and dressed in the sacred-heart Devotion motif, D&G Beauty sits in the luxury tier and draws steady dupe interest for its reds, mousse lips and volumising mascara.
