A water tint is a lightweight, water-based lip or cheek stain that delivers sheer, buildable color with a natural, stain-like finish.
Water tints originated in Korean beauty and are designed to tint the lips or cheeks with a lightweight, almost liquid consistency. Unlike traditional lip stains that can feel drying, water tints use a hydrating water base that feels like nothing on the skin. The color is buildable—one layer gives a sheer wash, multiple layers give more intensity. Because the formula is so light, it sinks into the skin and creates a natural, bitten look rather than sitting on top like lipstick.
