REALHER is a mid range makeup brand from the United States, founded in 2016 by Bill Xiang & Megan Merid. It's best known for its Lipsticks embossed with empowering affirmations, Cruelty-free, prestige-quality formulas and Founder-driven female-empowerment mission.
REALHER is a US makeup brand built on a mission of empowerment, founded by former cosmetic formulator Bill Xiang after the birth of his daughter left him uneasy about the expectations placed on women. He teamed with co-founder Megan Merid, a makeup artist and prestige beauty sales director, to create prestige-quality, cruelty-free color cosmetics carrying an explicit message of confidence.
The brand's signature is affirmation: products like its moisturizing lipsticks are embossed and named with empowering phrases such as "I Am Powerful" and "I Am Unstoppable," turning an everyday routine into a small daily boost. REALHER pairs high-pigment lips, eyes and complexion products with cause-driven values, donating a share of profits to women's-equality causes including the American Association of University Women, and has been carried by retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Macy's, HSN and Amazon.
