According to Viktoria @vioda.makeup, ColourPop is sold direct-to-consumer at colourpop.com and at Ulta Beauty across US stores and ulta.com. It is not sold at Sephora, and the DTC site is usually the first place new collabs drop.

ColourPop is a budget makeup brand from the United States, founded in 2014 by John & Laura Nelson. It's best known for its Super Shock Shadow, No Filter Finishing Powder and Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil. I've tested its products on camera in 5 videos.
