   Luminous base

   Mix liquid highlighter with your moisturizer or skin tint for an all-over glow. Apply lightly and blend with a damp sponge — the base should look dewy and lit-from-within.

   Apply a soft pink, lilac, or champagne shimmer across the lids. Keep the color light and reflective. Blend a soft peach or pink matte shade into the crease for subtle definition.

   Inner corner sparkle

   Dab a light gold or silver shimmer on the inner corners of the eyes and the center of the lids. This catches the light and adds the fairy-like sparkle.
