My verdict
e.l.f. Power Grip Primer is the viral dupe that lives up to the hype. Both primers use a gel-like, tacky formula that grips foundation in place all day. The Milk version has slightly better hydrating properties and a more elegant texture, but e.l.f. delivers 90% of the performance at 75% less. If you have oily skin and need grip, the e.l.f. is the clear winner on value.
