My verdict
e.l.f. Putty Blush delivers about 90% of the Cloud Paint experience at 30% of the price. The on-skin result is remarkably similar — a natural, dewy flush that looks like it's coming from within the skin rather than sitting on top. The format is different (pot vs tube), which changes the application experience but not the final result. e.l.f.'s formula is slightly less sheer at first touch, so start with less and build. The shade range is excellent and the squalane-infused formula is actually more hydrating than Cloud Paint. For anyone not attached to the Glossier tube format, this is the clear value winner.
