Pixi is a mid range makeup brand from the United Kingdom, founded in 1999 by Petra Strand. It's best known for its Glow Tonic glycolic acid toner, Watermelon Glow Powder and Endless Silky Eye Pen.

Pixi was founded in 1999 by Petra Strand, a Swedish makeup artist who opened a boutique in London's Soho — initially as a multi-brand beauty shop, then as her own line built around the idea of skin-first makeup for women who didn't want to wear a lot of product. The brand sat quietly for over a decade before Glow Tonic (a glycolic acid toner) went viral and made Pixi one of the defining brands of the skincare-makeup bridge category.

The makeup range — On-the-Go Lip Color, Endless Silky Eye Pen, Mattelustre Lipstick, Multibalm — sits alongside the skincare hero, and the Watermelon Glow franchise has become a recurring Glow Recipe dupe target. Pixi is sold at Target as the exclusive US drugstore home, plus Ulta, Sephora UK, Cult Beauty, and direct at pixibeauty.com. It's one of the few sub-$25 brands that consistently shows up in 'skincare-lover's makeup' roundups.
